Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through The Stroke Shop LLC online store are processed and shipped. Because many of the products we sell are sourced through manufacturers, distributors, and dealer suppliers, fulfillment and delivery times may vary by product.
1. Shipping Area
The Stroke Shop currently ships online store orders to eligible addresses within the United States.
Availability of shipping services may depend on the product, delivery address, carrier, manufacturer, distributor, or supplier fulfilling the order.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after the order and payment have been successfully received.
Business days generally exclude weekends and holidays.
Processing time refers to the time needed to review, prepare, source, and submit an order for shipment. Processing time is separate from the time a carrier takes to transport and deliver the package.
Certain orders may require additional processing time due to product availability, supplier confirmation, fitment questions, fraud prevention, address verification, special handling, or other order-specific circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the products in your order and the available delivery options.
Shipping charges may vary depending on product size, weight, delivery location, carrier, supplier, warehouse, or special handling requirements.
Any shipping charge shown during checkout applies to the order as presented at the time of purchase unless we contact you regarding an issue that requires your approval.
4. Supplier and Dropship Fulfillment
The Stroke Shop works with manufacturers, distributors, dealer suppliers, warehouses, and other fulfillment partners to provide products offered through our online store.
Some products may be shipped directly to the customer by one of these fulfillment partners rather than being physically shipped from The Stroke Shop's Odessa location.
Product availability, warehouse location, carrier choice, and fulfillment requirements may therefore vary by order.
5. Delivery Estimates
Delivery or transit estimates provided during checkout, after an order is placed, or by a shipping carrier are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier transit times begin after the order has been processed and tendered for shipment and do not necessarily include our order-processing period.
Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, supplier availability, warehouse processing, severe weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Shipping Delays and Product Availability
Although we work to process orders promptly, supplier inventory can change and an item may become unavailable, backordered, or delayed after an order is placed.
If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised or required shipping timeframe, we will contact the customer and provide information regarding the delay and any options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to the delay or cancelling the affected order for a refund.
We may also contact you when additional information is required before an order can be fulfilled.
7. Tracking Information
When tracking information becomes available to us, we may provide it by email, text message, order notification, or another available communication method.
Tracking information may not become available immediately after an order is processed. Carrier systems can require additional time before tracking scans and estimated delivery information appear.
8. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Some products, suppliers, or carriers require delivery to a physical street address and may not be eligible for shipment to a P.O. box.
If a street address or additional delivery information is required, The Stroke Shop may contact you before the order is fulfilled.
Additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.
9. Oversized, Heavy, or Special-Handling Products
Certain automotive products may require oversized shipping, freight service, special handling, or additional delivery arrangements because of their size, weight, or packaging.
If additional information, delivery coordination, or customer approval is required for one of these shipments, The Stroke Shop will contact you before proceeding when necessary.
Customers should provide a reliable phone number and email address when ordering products that may require special delivery coordination.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact The Stroke Shop as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment, been submitted to a supplier, or been shipped.
If an order has already entered fulfillment, any applicable cancellation, return, refund, shipping, or supplier requirements may apply.
11. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment appears to be lost, is delivered with visible damage, contains damaged merchandise, or does not arrive as expected, please contact The Stroke Shop first.
Keep the product, shipping box, packaging materials, shipping label, and any other materials associated with a damaged shipment until the issue has been reviewed.
Photographs of the package, shipping label, product, and damage may be requested to help us work with the carrier, manufacturer, distributor, or supplier.
Do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until we advise you that it is no longer required for a claim or investigation.
12. Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to accept delivery, or another delivery problem, please contact The Stroke Shop.
Reshipment, cancellation, refund, and additional shipping charges will be handled according to the circumstances of the order, applicable supplier or carrier requirements, our Returns & Refunds Policy, and applicable law.
13. Returns and Refunds
Shipping-related returns, product returns, refunds, and related requirements are also subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy .
Please review that policy before returning any merchandise. Do not ship a product back to The Stroke Shop or a supplier without first obtaining return instructions when required.
